After filling the registration number and the prospectus number. User will have to click the “Next” button. If the supplied registration number is already present in the records, most of the fields in screen second will come pre populated, otherwise, user will have to fill the details. |
Step2: Fill the students general information and academic details, the form shall look like the below screen. |

 Figure 3:Step3 of the application form User can put the mouse on any of the course code to know the name of the course he/she wishes to apply for. After selecting the course of his/her choice user can click the next button. On clicking Next the user will see the preview of the information that he/she has supplied. The form will look like the below shown figure. |
Step4: This is the preview form, Make sure the information shown is correct. |
 The user shall click Finish only if all the details shown belong to him/her. If, any information is not correct, please click previous and correct that information and repeat the steps. Once satisfied with the preview user should click on the Finish button to proceed to the print page. |
Step5: Print the Application Form. |
  There is a Print button at the top as shown in the figure below. Click to get the print out of the form. Or you can take the print out later by clicking on thePrint Form tab on the home page, in that case you will have to remember the application form number. Please click on the “Go back to main Site” link to go back to the homepage. |
