The provisional admission of the candidates for pursuing their M.Phil / Ph.D programme
in respective Departments of the Faculty of Physical & Material Sciences is
subject to : (a)
the
availability of seats; (b)
order of Merit;
(c) recommendation of Departmental
Research Committee and
(d) approval of the Board of Research
Studies.

For further information & necessary follow up, the selected candidates are advised
to contact the concerned Heads of the Departments.
(3)
Candidates who have cleared NET/JRF/SLET or are otherwise eligible (in service
candidates ) are also advised to contact the respective Heads of the Departments.
(4)
The candidates, provisionally admitted for the Ph. D programme must have secured,
atleast, 65% marks in the respective Post-Graduate examination.
(5)
The provisional selection list in the discipline of Chemistry shall be notified
separately.
