Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) Rajouri has postponed the entrance test for M.Phil and PhD programmes scheduled on 17 February.
“In view of the inclement weather, the Entrance test for M.Phil and PhD Programme, scheduled on 17th Feb 2019 has been postponed,” said a varsity spokesman.
