Notification For Candidates Falling Under CCE Scheme As Last And Final Mercy Chance - JKBOSE

NOTIFICATION SUBJECT:- NOTIFICATION FOR CANDIDATES FALLING UNDER CCE SCHEME AS LAST AND FINAL MERCY CHANCE. 

To safeguard and to protect the academic career of the candidates having backlog in Hr. Secondary Part-I (Under CCE Scheme ) in previously conducted examinations under the said scheme, the chairman has been pleased to grant last mercy chance to these candidates for clearing the back log subjects. As such, the schedule for submission of the Enrolments/Micro-Pack Statements by the affiliated Private/Government Institutions of the Kashmir Division including District Kargil for the eligible Private candidates of Higher Secondary Part- I (Class 11th)Term-I and Term-II ( as Last and final mercy chance) for Session Bi-Annual 2018-2019 is notified as under.



1. ELIGIBILITY:-
a) Candidates having backlog (Re-appear/Failure) in Hr. Secondary Part-I (Under CCE Scheme ) Examination conducted through Govt /Private affiliated academic institutions of Jammu and Kashmir (BOSE)
b. The candidate/s of the above CCE scheme of previous session if desirous to change any subject are also eligible.

3. Instruction and Guidelines for Deposition of Enrolments/ Fee:-
i. The fee, as prescribed above shall be deposited by the Heads of the affiliated institutions in the shape of bank slip to be obtained from the concerned BOSE Office, and deposited in the designated branches of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank.
ii. The Heads of the affiliated institutions are instructed to submit the Enrolment/ Micro-Pack statements along with forwarding letters in the respective Sub/ Branch Offices and Examination -II BOSE KD. (In respect of District Srinagar) through their authorized Representatives. The letters must indicate the (Subject-wise) number of candidates enrolled and description of the fee deposited in the Bank.

NOTE: - In case the last date for submission of Micro pack/ Fee is declared as holiday, the next working day shall be treated as last date.
