Admission Notification for BBA/BCA/B.Sc-IT/B.A (Hons) Mass Communication / Multimedia Production & B.Com (General) Programmes for Academic Session 2019 - 20 ********************************************************** 

ONLINE applications are invited from eligible candidates of Jammu & Kashmir including Ladakh for admission to BBA/BCA/B.Sc-IT/B.A (Hons) Mass Communication / Multimedia Production & B.Com (General) Programmes in the Private Colleges affiliated with the University of Kashmir for the session 2019 - 20. The eligible candidates can apply for more than one programme. ONLINE application forms shall be available from March 11th , 2019 to March 22th, 2019. 

For ONLINE submission of application forms, the candidates are advised to follow as under:-

(i) Browse the Kashmir University official website: www.kashmiruniversity.net or www.kashmiruniversity.ac.in;
(ii) Click on the admission BBA/BCA/B.Sc-IT/B.A.(Hons) MCMP/B.Com (General)– 2019 - 20;
(iii) View ONLINE prospectus for details;
(iv) Open the ONLINE form fill it up with choice of three Colleges in order of preference;
(v) Deposit the fee of Rs.500/- per Course out of which Rs.50/- chargeable as IT Fee through online Mode only (Non-refundable);
(vi) The candidates must check the fee status of their Application forms after three days from the submission of on-line Application form. In case, fee reconciliation is pending, the candidate should contact the office of the Dean, College Development Council;
(vii) Submit the auto-generated application form along with the following documents in the Office of the College Development Council, University of Kashmir, Srinagar latest by March 25th , 2019:

> Matriculation Marks Certificate (Date of Birth);
>Marks Card of 12th Class (Higher Secondary Part-II);
 State Subject Certificate/Last School Attended;
 Reserved Category Certificate (if any) signed by the competent authority;

Eligibility: 
BBA Programme:
45% marks (Open) and 40% (Category) at 12th class level (Higher Secondary Part-II) in Science, Arts or Commerce streams from J&K Board of School Education or any other Board/Institution equivalent thereto;

BCA Programme:
45% marks (Open) and 40% (Category) at 12th class level (Higher Secondary Part-II) in science, Arts or Commerce stream from J&K Board of School Education or any other Board/Institution equivalent thereto;

B.Sc-IT Programme: 
45% marks (Open) and 40% (Category) at 12th class level (Higher Secondary Part-II) in Science stream from J&K Board of School Education or any other Board/Institution equivalent thereto;

B.A. (Hons) Mass Communication & Multimedia Production (MCMP) at Gandhi Memorial College, Jammu: 
 45% marks (Open) and 40% (Category) at 12th class level (Higher Secondary Part-II) in Science, Arts or Commerce stream from J&K Board of School Education or any other Board/Institution equivalent thereto;

B.Com (General) at Gandi Memorial College, Jammu;
45% marks (Open) and 40% (Category) at 12th class level (Higher Secondary Part-II) in General programme from J&K Board of School Education or any other Board/Institution equivalent thereto;

Completion of Admission Formalities: The concerned Colleges shall complete all admission formalities within stipulated time. The dropees list of the selected candidates needs to be furnished by the respective colleges to the University within week’s time positively.
